Data Deletion

You can have every piece of personal data Panqui holds about you deleted. This page explains how.

Deleting Your Account and Journal

Email panqui@caraji.io from the address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner. Deleting your account:

• Permanently erases your journals, pets, and Moments, and every photo and video from media storage;
• Revokes the magic-link access of every Contributor you invited;
• Cannot be undone.

If You Were Invited

If you are a Contributor or a co-owner, you can ask the journal's Owner to revoke your access, or write to panqui@caraji.io and we will remove the personal data we hold about you (such as your invitation email). If you added a memory to a public Tribute as a visitor, email us with enough detail to find it and we will remove it.

What Deletion Does Not Cover

A photo or video you already shared out through your phone's share sheet — to another app, or to someone who saved it — lives outside Panqui, and deleting your Panqui data does not remove it there. If you purchased a Photo Book, the payment record held by Stripe is retained as required by tax law.
